Collection of Personal Information/Opt-In Methods – Evaluation Software
On our Website, we ask for certain personal information from those who download and/or install our evaluation software. You are not required to provide all personal information.

Methods Where We Need Information (Not Opt-In):

  • Order Placement
    When you place an order online with us, we collect information about you, including your name, address, and credit card information. This information is necessary in order for us to process and complete your order. In addition, when software is purchased, we collect name, e-mail address, computer name, hard drive serial number, and activation key provided with software purchase.
  • Product Registration
    Product registration information includes the product acquired as well as your name and e-mail address. RumbleSoft® reserves the right to limit free technical support to registered users. The only way to assure that you will be entitled to technical support for a product in the future is to register with RumbleSoft. Product upgrade pricing and some special offers are only available to registered users.
  • Beta Test Software
    RumbleSoft® may, at its discretion, require that all those who wish to use its pre-release software (beta) to provide RumbleSoft with their name and e-mail address. RumbleSoft may also choose to prevent beta versions of its software from installing or running if such information is not provided to us.
  • Anonymous Information Collection – Website visits
    RumbleSoft® collects general usage information about visitors coming to our Web site.

Will RumbleSoft Give Me Notice of Requests for My Information Made By Law Enforcement or Governmental Agencies?
No. RumbleSoft may be required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or be asked to respond to other legitimate requests for your personal information from appropriate law enforcement or governmental authorities. In such situations, we will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so in order to comply with the law or to protect against fraud. How do we protect customer information?
Customers who buy through the RumbleSoft website are shopping on a secure server which encrypts all of a customer’s personal information. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner. RumbleSoft does not store your personal credit card information, only a unique transaction ID that can be traced back to the transaction by the credit card processing firm.

RumbleSoft has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or use.
